Program Setup

Create your Bright After School account and enter your program details — name, address, contact info.

Invite your staff members by email. They'll receive a link to set up their staff accounts.

Import your student roster via CSV or add students one at a time from the dashboard.

Connect your program's payout account so families can pay their invoices by card.
Parent Enrollment

Parents download the Bright After School app on iOS or Android.

Each parent completes identity verification: upload a government-issued ID and take a selfie.

Your program admin reviews and approves verified parents from the dashboard.

Parents can add additional authorized pickups — each person verifies independently.
Daily Pickup Flow

At pickup time, the parent opens Bright After School and taps 'Generate QR Code.'

Staff scan the QR code using the Bright After School staff app or tablet.

The app instantly shows the parent's verified photo and the child's name.
